Are these HW models rare ? Is the colour rare , I mean ?

Both the (blue) Neet Streeter as well as the red one (second wind) are made in India, as far as I can tell.
These castings (made in India) are actually quite common. The colours however are pretty rare.

You can't go wrong with that price. I say take them.  ;)

If you like them, i'd say take them. It's a very fair prince.
If you're buying them for trade, I don't think I would buy them. Most collectors, I know, who collect those kind of cars are looking for mint models.

Like the red one. I don't know the model, but didn't it originally have a windshield?

Somehow, I didn't write the correct name in my earlier post. The red one is called "Second Wind" and yes it is supposed to have a windshield.
