From the factory ,mettoy already placed the sunflower on the roof to cover the gap where the ligthdome was. The rest was ment to put them on the car by kids in those day,s Unlabel you can defind as a variation but the real variations are mostly in windows , wheels , interieur and castingcolors. finding a car without a sunflower on the roof in blister is a factory error. loose models without sunflower on the roof are mostly removed by kids or collectors.
